Data Attune accesses when you install
Following your authorization, Attune reads from your website: for example, in a store, it reads your product catalog and collections, site content (pages and blog posts), website policies, theme files, and order economics (order value, currency, and line-item identifiers). This is your own business data - no customer personal information is included. Attune requests only the minimum access the service requires.
Data Attune processes on your end-customers' behalf
When an end-customer interacts with the Attune assistant on your website, Attune processes: the content of the end-customer's conversation with the AI, a first-party session identifier, and a browser-stored flag used to maintain session coherence. Purchase attribution records contain an order identifier, order value, currency, and line-item identifiers - no end-customer name, email address, postal address or payment details (no identifiable data).
